    If he can afford a new BMW for his wife, the money shouldn't be a problem.
    For somebody self-employed and worried about losing a substantial proportion of his income, that does seem a rather... short term... move.

    No, he's disqualified until test passed. As soon as he drives otherwise in accordance he reverts back to being disqualified and that will be the charge v
