maybe I shall have another go
You only get one opportunity to complain.

Any further attempts will just reference the earlier rejection.

I am trying to find an address for Style Plus catalogue to submit my claim to,I have one underway with littlewoods, but all the 'old ' catalogue companies seem to have dissapeared.

How did your complaint go against Littlewoods? I've been with them over 20 years and was never told about insurance or ppi so im wondering if it is worth complaining?

I've sat and read loads today about ppi and it does say most people aren't aware they had it or if it was mentioned it wasn't explained properly

Most people are aware, as it shows on your statements every month.

    Does it show on yours?

My complaint would be I have paid for something I wasn't made aware of

You still haven't said if you have PPI.

If you haven't, then you haven't paid for anything you weren't made aware of, because you don't have anything of which you could - or could not - have been made aware.

Moot point anyway. If you had it for 20 years it was sold pre regulation.
Also, you woul definitiely have agreed to it when you signed up for the catalogue.
You can complain, but don't be hopeful.
Shampoo? No thanks, I'll have real poo...

If you can't remember if there was PPI or not how can you remember that it was missold?!

There are some people who should never have been sold PPI as it was never an appropriate deal for them such as the self employed, retired people or people who have good sickness T&C s with their employer. These people will have been missold it regardless of what was said to them.
