You know as I do that S21 doesn't mean you have to move yet. Stay until you have found somewhere else.

I am considering buying (other thread here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5541362 - updated at post 31) but I wouldn't be able to afford this place by miles. Ognum, if I recall you're local to me - with the deposit that you can see in my signature, you'll support me in saying I can't even afford to buy a parking space locally!

You are right but IMO prices are stagnating a bit and the past rush of 30 viewers and 20 offers seem to be falling away.
I will keep looking for you, are you interested in current area or could you go out further maybe Cherry Hinton or Trumpington way?0 -
It will take your LL longer than 8 weeks to get to exchange, they may actually be happy for you to stay a few weeks longer and pay rent0
