i am looking fo skirting board ... stainless steel, does any1 have any idea where i could buy them from?\

  • wow stainless steel skirting board! wouldnt that cost alot.

    i think the best thing nearest to that is to get normal pine skirting and get chrome paint and paint it.

    stainless steel is very expensive at the moment. the costliest its ever been.
    due to the chinese buying any metals they can find.

    otherwise a normal good quaity but cheaply priced? i'm thinking of painting it white

    What's the point of stainless steel if you paint it white? It'll get dented anyway, surely? Nor is it really stainless.

    i dont anyone who stocks SS skirting. but any decent engineering company will make it up for you. god knows what the cost would be though.
    a simple plain profile would be cheapest option.
    and how would you fix it? adhesive? what about the corner mitres?
    Get some gorm.
