Maybe they could clarify - where is the soil now?
Hello, thank you so much for your continued help. The soil is not in my possession as they took the soil away whilst I was trying to sort it out.
I am trying to get to the bottom of the 2013 Regs - can I cancel the order with no cost. They say they have a right to charge £42 +Vat but I've also been told that the Regs override anything that a retailer might claim on their site?
Thanks again, I do very much appreciate your help0
