Not had a good year financially, would love to take the kids on holiday at the end of May, are there any tips or tricks on getting good cheap deals. Also what are the best camps you have been to ?

Try renting privately - you can choose whether or not to have the entertainment passes, especially if there are fewer of you than the maximum occupancy of the caravan, big companies factor in the cost of the passes into the total holiday cost, but private lets often let the van without the passes and you can choose whether you wish to purchase passes or not. You can probably haggle with a private renter and get a bit of a discount.

But use a reputable advertising company such as https://www.directholidayhomes.co.uk/ rather than booking with an individual off ebay or suchlike as there are a lot of horror stories of people booking holidays thinking they were getting a cheap deal and arriving to find the caravan didn't exist!
