Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Comments

The chance of obtaining Active B12 in the NHS is not high by all accounts...
Very true! But for some people private blood tests are affordable, especially when they offer discounts on various bundles
Perhaps not very MSE but for a particular issue for me they were worth the peace of mind. 0 -
If you have a b12 deficiency, ii is perniceous neamia. B12 can not be absorbed through the stomach
You are wasting your money.
Google it or at least ask your doctor
I have pernicious anaemia, and need regular B12 jabs for this reason. It was initially left untreated for years, n has resulted in neuropathy in my legs "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
