What I did to give my details was:

1. Go to the link above.

2. On my "View" menu at the top of the page, I found the command "Page style" and moved the arrow down to it. This brings up the options "No Style" and "Default".

3. If you click on "No Style" it shows the page in a more basic format and you are able to see all the text, answer and press enter.

4. When you want to get the page back normal, go back to the "View" menu at the top of the page. Move down to "Page Style" then click on "Default". This takes the page design back to normal.

I hope this helps.....

On the entry page it says 'enter as many times as you like', but in the t&cs it says it's only one entry per person- I'm confused.

You can enter more times if you submit more email addresses.

I logged into the website and was able to enter just by adding my name, email & telephone no? Hope this is the right one. Used the link posted by Netimka..
