Utilita Energy Prices - On the increase !!

Hi Everyone,
I've just received a letter saying that Utilita are increasing there prices by 3.5% from the 1st November 2007.
But you'll be able to get 4 additional light bulbs at the end of the first year, WOW !!!
Anyway the letter also say's if you want to move you have to let them know within 14 days and the transfer must completed with 28 days.
Any advise, should I move ?
