Touch on them but in sufficient detail to make them persuasive and make it clear you know what you are doing. Have a go at something as brief as you think gets your points across and post it for comments.Thanks for this everybody - my basic dilemma now is, do I go into full detail on all of my points, or just 'touch on' each of them.
Yes the PD has changed, but it doesn't matter. Look at 6(a), 6(c) and 12 - they are supposed to give you enough detail and docs, and enter into a dialogue with you (and vice versa) to enable you to "take stock", narrow the issues and explore settlement.
