Quidco & insurance cashback

Two weeks ago, I bought a Llyods TSB home insurance with £120 cashback. It has been tracked & validated by Quidco. I do not know what happened but I did not receive any email confirmation etc and when I phoned CS, I was told it was not set up on their system and no money was taken from my credit card. I was a bit annoyed and decided this time to buy with AA with £35 cashback. I bought the insurance on Thursday and it has still not tracked. I am just wondering whether it is because I bought two home insurance within two weeks. I really need some advice on this please, shall I put a query regarding the AA cashback with quidco & tell them to cancel the £120 Llyods TSB cashback as the sale did not go through. I am just wondering what happened when people get their cashback and then decide to cancel, do they inform quidco. Pl can somebody give me some guidance on this. Thanks.

I am not aware of any issues with buying 2 policies in 2 weeks.
Do you have cookies enabled an javascript?
Have you waited long enough?
If the sale didn't go through then it's very unlikely you'd get cashback.
I guess you can cancel if you wish but I'd have thought it very unlikely to come through.0 -
In the past, everything has tracked quickly. I usually use ccleaner to clear cookies. I was surprised that the Llyods TSB who did not go through tracked and validated very quickly. I understand I will have to wait one week and then submit a query. Am I correct? The AA home insurance although I did not get confirmation is gone through as the money has been taken from my credit card. I think, I will leave it this time as the current insurance expires on Monday and do not want to be without. I will be only £12 worst off if Quidco does not pay. Thanks0
