BINATONE Big Button Phone - Help pls?

Morning all, got a problem. I live > 200 miles from my mother who lives alone. She is elderley, registered blind, and uses a Binatone big button dect phone - it's a set, 1 standard (corded) phone (big button) and 1 cordless big button. She has phoned me (using the corded phone) in panic this morning, saying she has locked the cordless and cannot unlock. I've searched and searched online for the Binatone manual for this model (she hasn't kept hers of course...)all to no avail. If there is ANYONE reading this who might be able to help/advise, I'd be mightily grateful.

linclass, I have just 'googled' binatone and it looks like you may be able to select and download a user manual from there site @ www.binatoneonline.com

Hello John, many thanks for your reply. Yeah, I also found their site but sadly the one she's got isn't listed! I think it's about 2 1/2 yrs old or more and as we all know, technology changes all the time, and I think hers is probably discontinued. Having said that, they still seem to be selling it on Amazon -

Good News! My Mother range me a few minutes back - she pressed the hash key - and it unlocked the keyboard!!!!
