They are from Canada and yes 1 a day. I didn't intent to start them yet.
Then you will either have to get the lawyers in over there or risk pain and suffering if you use them after the expiry date.

Indeed unless a real doctor has found there's a specific imbalance (and then prescribed a specific tablet) then a balanced diet will cover all vitamin needs
Actually my Cardiologist recommended taking vitamin supplements daily. Not for any benefit, but to boost the immunity system.

They're classified as a food suppliment.

But this is a windup. A: it's scool holidays. B: you can get them cheaply at a supermarket or even Holland and Barrett do offers.
You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Considering that the OP has been an MSE member for close to 10 years and has made 75 posts in that time, it's very unlikely that they are currently on "scool" holidays.

Some vitamins and supplements can be purchased cheaply from supermarkets and specialist outlets in the UK but others can be fairly expensive compared to North America.
Maybe the OP wanted a particular brand that simply isn't available in this country but whatever their reason for wishing to purchase from Canada, their opening post doesn't come across as a wind up by a bored school kid.
