Difference between Dulux feature wall and ordinary paint?

I plan to pain my living room dulux urban obsession. But not just one wall the whole room. I see a lot of feature wall paint this colour and ordinary one coat emulsion, whats the difference?

Also if I was to buy the trade paint whats the difference between vinyl matt, diamond matt, ultra matt, flat matt?
