Hmm... suppose you mean their affiliate programme? I wouldn't really call that a rebate, it's commission for advertising their products on websites. Although I know someone that uses it that way.
Should be glad the owners of this site don't force you to use their own links. I know of other forum sites where their owners brainwash their users into creating the links for them and are raking in the cash from the sales by doing practically nothing.0
