savings for under 25's non-students

can anyone advise, I have an 18 yr old daughter in her first job and looking to start saving. LISA look a good deal if she's hoping to eventually get a house but she'll have to wait until June if she wants to start a cash-LISA. She really needs something to start her off with a good rate of interest and flexibility, I've looked at Santander 123 for her (I have one and find it's great for me) but wasn't sure if she would manage the £500 minimum each month as she's a low earner also doesn't really have any DD, although I'm hoping she'll start paying for her own mobile phone now! Any suggestions, recommendations?

The cash can be cycled in and out again immediately. She might pay in £200, withdraw it, pay it in again and withdraw it etc....
The TSB plus account might suit her. DDs are not required to earn interest but if she has a couple there's cash back on offer.
A couple of Tesco Savings accounts would enable her to set up DDs to pull from the TSB Plus account.0
