Help! Vivagogo misleading listing

I recently purchased 4 RHS Chelsea Flower Show tickets from Vivagogo.

I am worried i will not be granted entry and will not be refunded either.
I have brought a Tuesday ticket which i have only just found out is members only access (which i am not). The seller on the website didn't have this written on their listing though and it looks like i will be refused entry. Additionally, i was charged a lot more than I thought i was paying on the listing (possibly added fees) and wouldn't of brought the ticket if i had known this.

Research onto the RHS website showed this "Reselling or attempting to resell RHS Flower Show tickets via any other outlet than this website renders them void and will result in access being denied to this and future events. Please refer to our Fair Exchange and Resale Policy below." Which i was not aware of.

If i am refused entry will i be entitled to Vivagogo's 2.11 ticket fulfillment "Invalid tickets: If buyers are refused entry to the venue as a result of invalid tickets we may refund the buyer at any time. "

Nobody can predict what will happen. You may be refused entry, or you may not. You will just have to see.

If you get turned away apply for a refund, hopefully you will get it.

Sadly you've bought tickets from a ticket tout. A flashy tout but a tout nonetheless. In future look for official sources.
