Looks like you've deleted your original thread which contained the details of your parking event. Without any background details it's very difficult to comment fully on any draft appeal.

Can you post here now with details of the event. We need a timeline, the name of the PPC, windscreen ticket or ANPR camera capture, have you received a postal notification, date of receipt of the letter. No mention to be made as to who the driver was.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

nurse sue had posted in MARYZOFLORA's thread as it was the same car park - Crown Wharf Walsall - so this is the only thread she has started.

This was nurse sue's first post on MARYZOFLORA'S thread:

"keep us updated please . crown wharf Walsall ..I am in a similar boat the camera picked me up at 1401 but I could not get ticket from their machine till 1409 as machine was faulty so ticket was valid till 1609 but camera said I left at 1617 true I thought there was a grace period of 10 min .
I was by my calculation of the ticket I paid for 8 min late according to their camera .they force us to buy a ticket so surely it should be by ticket not camera .
tried read the newbie thread but theres so many abbreviations etc difficult to follow
I failed parking eye appeal now have to go to popla
I did phone crown wharf thy were not interested will try stores but don't hold much hope . I will never put money in their pockets by parking there again ill go to retail parks where you don't pay like Bentley bridge"

nurse sue - post your POPLA appeal on this thread for review.

If you want to, you can amend the title of this thread to make it more pertinent, something like "PARKINGEYE Crown Wharf Walsall". I've never done it myself but I think you have to go to your first post in this thread, click on EDIT, click on ADVANCED and CHANGE TITLE OF TEXT. If I'm wrong, a regular will no doubt instruct you.
