Speeding Letter

My employer received a notice stating I had been caught speeding (not much over but enough),both myself and my boss filled out relevant details and I then received a letter at my home address stating the offence. I filled in and sent this form back the same day first class post.
This was at least three weeks ago and I have not received a reply with either a fine and points or a speed awareness course option. I'm now worried that they have sent a reply and think Ive not bothered replying to that which I would never do.. Is there anything I can do ? Thinking about it I also never received the renewal letter for my dogs pet insurance so maybe some post went missing (ironic - Im a postie)
