After 2 weeks Nvidia won't give me a RMA or return address for faulty product

    many businesses, especially financial related ones such as credit card companies have people working 24/7 and even on a public holiday there will probably still be someone available to take the OP's call and log their request for an S75 claim to be opened.

    Thanks for all the replies, have managed to find a UK phone number +44 2030145286 for Nvidia CS. So I'm going to call them on Tuesday and give them one last chance to give me the details necessary to return the item, if I get bumped again then the next call will be to the card company for a section 75.

    As forgetmyname pointed out, this isn't unusual for Nvidia, maybe the CC company have dealt with them before, because at the moment, kinda feel like if I didn't have bad luck,I'd have no luck at all.
  • How did you get on with this in the end?, i'm having the same problem.

    Contacted them ten days ago to return my unused Titan XP card for a refund and have yet to receive the RMA number or return details.

    The last reply to me asking why it was taking so long was "We are still actively working to resolve your case. Unfortunately, to date, we have not reached a resolution. Your case has been escalated and
    is being treated with a high priority.

    We will continue to keep you updated until a resolution has been achieved."

    All i want is the RMA number and return address , most frustrating experience i've had online in a long time.
