The competition will run from noon on Friday 17th March 2017 (the "Opening Date") to 11:59 on Sunday 30th April 2017 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

THE PRIZE

4.1 The first correct entry drawn at random from all correct entries received by the Closing Date will win the prize. The prize is a VIP trip to the Nurburgring 24hrs where Hyundai are participating on the weekend of the 27th and 28th May 2017. The trip must be booked for the weekend of 27th and 28th May 2017. Proof of age will be required. 4.2 In addition, the prize includes:

• A C Class hire car in Germany (subject to the winner presenting a credit card to the car hire company on request to cover any damage caused to the car)
• Standard flights from any major airport in the UK or France that fly to Frankfurt, Germany for the prize winner and one guest
  - Departure date 26th May 2017, return date 29th May 2017
• B&B accommodation (details TBC)
• ADAC Zurich 24h-Race VIP-Ticket - Saturday & Sunday
  - A weekend ticket for the event where you have access to all the open stands, to the paddock and to all the viewing points around the Nordschleife
  - The VIP clubºlounge is situated at ringºboulevard and will be open on Saturday from 10.00 to Sunday 01.00 and on Sunday from 10.00 to 17.00
  - Pit walk and go on the race track on Saturday, before the official race starts
  - Guided paddock tour with a professional race driver
  - A free VIP- shuttle bus which takes you to the viewing points „Brünnchen“ and „Adenauer Forst“ during the race
  - Breakfast, lunch and cake buffet on Saturday and Sunday
  - Beverages and customer service are included during the opening hours of the clubºlounge
  - There will be a flatscreen in the clubºlounge to watch the race from there
  - Reserved parking on Saturday and Sunday

The prize does not include:

• Fuel
• Spending money
• Meals and drinks outside of what is explicitly set out in these terms and conditions
• Travel in the UK (to and from airport)
• Travel insurance

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

5.1 The decision of the Promoter (or the judges nominated by the Promoter) is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 5.2 The Promoter will notify the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. 5.3 To receive details of the winners, please send a self-addressed envelope after 30th June 2017 to Top Gear Magazine Creative Solutions, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, Hammersmith, W6 7BT.

6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

6.1 The winner and their guest must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK. 6.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available within ten business days of the Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. 6.3 Hyundai will use the winner's details and process their personal information in order to arrange details relating to the prize with them.
