Cashback to EDF

I'm thinking of moving from npower to EDF.

I wouldn't mind some cashback to negate the exit fee.

Where do I go for good energy cashback?

Cheap-energy club seams to do it.
Does uswitch do it ?

Thanks

Yes, you can pay EDF that way if you wish.
(not sure you can get cashback though - you'll need to double check that with the cashback provider)

But are you sure you want the suppliers variable tariff? It's probably the most expensive they offer, having increased electricity prices by 8.4% (average) on March 1st.

Also they have announced a further price rise of 9% (average) for electricity and 5.5% (average) for gas effective June 21st

    Thanks.

    I want blue+aprilv2 gas.

    I mean variable direct debit
  • Ah, sorry, I see :)

Yes, I think that is also possible, but I believe you have to call the supplier directly to set it up, so almost certainly will fail any cashback possibility from a third party.

Also, you need to agree to provide quarterly meter readings (they'll email you reminders) so they can bill you correctly. If you fail to provide such meter readings, they reserve the right to revert you to paying fixed monthly amounts by DD

Yeah given up on the cash back, as I don't wish it to delay things.

I still haven't got my top cash back from nearly a year ago! Not impressed with my first experance.

When I moved to Sse I had to phone them up about quartly DD.
I guess they want to avoid ppl selecting it

I would say Electricity de France is skank and overpriced.

EDF electric well over priced but gas is very competitive in some areas.
