PCN from PPS, but I've since emigrated

Hi All,
I got a PCN on my car from Premier Parking Solutions. Don't really have much of an excuse, left my car in a pub overnight after drinking more than intended, and didn't realise that wasn't allowed.
I intended to just pay the £60, but bit busy with packing and the ticket went missing, so I ended up just leaving the country without doing anything. They eventually sent a letter to my old house in UK, which I still own.
I'm at the point now where I have about 10 days left to pay the full £100 suggested by the letter, but I don't want to because it feels like a complete rip off. I could just about being myself to pay the £60, but I don't want to go contacting them admitting guilt by negotiating that either.
What would you guys recommend? My main concern is my credit rating, might move back to the UK at some point, although should be in the US for the next 5 years at least. Could I get away with just ignoring it?
Thanks!

Why don't you simply respond to the NTK online or by email telling them you have emigrated to the US and warning them to cease and desist with writing to the UK address immediately and inform them that they MUST update their records to:
<USA address>
Finish by stating proof of submitting this information has been retained and the USA is your permanent Country of domicile. Therefore PPS must take note that you are outside the jurisdiction of the English Courts and will move to strike out any claim made and will seek punitive costs for unreasonableness if such a vexatious claim is made.
State that if they continue to write to the UK address from this point on, this will be harassment of the persons now living there and you will make a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner about PPS breaching the DPA principles for failing to ensure that data is kept up to date. This also applies to PPS if they pass the old address to any agent or debt collector, since that address MUST now be deleted.
Say that if no reasonable reply is received within 14 days by email or by post to the USA, you will consider the matter closed.
DO NOT LINE THE POCKETS OF THIS ROTTEN INDUSTRY, PLEASE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This sounds great. Reckon it will matter if I wait until after their latest warning period has expired? I don't have my permanent address in US yet.0

It won't matter, IMHO.
You could always engage them in some email tennis now, how about starting the discussion by telling them you have moved to the US, will be providing a permanent address for service shortly but in the meantime they MUST cease and desist bothering the people living at the old address. Ask for an email reply with all photos taken (something to keep them busy and treat it as an appeal).
Or with PPS I'm not sure they provide an email but they do provide an online appeal, I think?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
