Time stamped POPLA photographic evidence.

Hey folks,
I parked in a car park in North Devon back in Feb - I was under the illusion that it was a council operated car park as only one of the 6 lights were in operation and there were no signs at the entrance to the car park to suggest that it was private land or in operation.
First appeal to the company (Premier Park Ltd) failed.
Second appeal to POPLA failed.
The basis of the rejection with POPLA was that my evidence was not time stamped though it clearly showed that the sign at the entrance was missing, and the assessor even made a point that its very important to have signage at the entrance. POPLA sided with the parking company's evidence that was over a year old.
Due to the discounting of my evidence. The other evidence that I provided showing the lack of lighting etc etc was also shot down.
I have made a complaint to POPLA on the grounds that all digital photographs are time stamped digitally and there has been negligence on their part not to know this or to check it and have relied on the bright red writing that was traditionally found on film photography which is redundant in todays age with digital time and geo tagging photography.
I did law in university and I know that I am in the right as they have breached BPA Code of Practice B 18.2 (Entrance signage). The car park in question uses the number plate cameras and as soon as you enter the premises you have accepted the terms but as no notice of the terms were given before entering the car park you cannot accept the contract terms. The signage was missing and photographic evidence was provided.
The problem is now that my only options are to ignore, take this further to a solicitor where I will mount up costs or pay the £100. The parking company refuse to deal with anyone on the phone or by email and appeals go through an arbitrary and heavily biased system which is in their favour that is set up on their website.
I have been given notice by Premier Park to pay up within 30 days or they're taking this further.

Third option: complain to the landowner, have you done this? if not you should do so.From the Plain Language Commission:

Like several people on here and on pepipoo forum (lost at POPLA v PP) and none have got claims from PP, just threatograms to ignore. And if a claim did arrive within 6 years, your evidence sounds better than theirs about the signage.
Relax read other 'lost POPLA' threads on here and pepipoo by searching for those 2 words.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
