i just got my new sofa and notice that there is a large 3/4 inch gap in the middle of the sofa.
its a suppose to be a 3 seater sofa that came in 2 parts for assemble.
its also seem to side form the side if someone was to seat on the side.
its not stable and i am not happy.
ive waited 4 months, i will go to the store i brought if from, DFS -
but not sure what my rights are.
i would like to go in with some knowledge.
cheers

If you don't mind my asking, what model do you have?
Is there a foot in the middle of the sofa? There usually is, and if it's not swivelled around until it's directly under the join your sofa will not sit straight. It sounds a lot like the sofa hasn't been put together properly, as there's a gap and its' unstable.Well informed on the subjects of sofas and wood furniture, and well opinionated on everything else :rotfl:0
