On a reduced fees offer can I still use "relist" or "sell similar" on unsold items to get the offer or, do I have to list an item from scratch?

"Sell similar" always worked for me.
It is easy to check: once you list/relist, go to Sell Manager and look at the promotion Tab. If the "Reduced fee" entry is deducted, it worked. If not, cancel the listing and try again...0 -
I have often ended early and relisted to take up the offers with no problems.0

Do the promos work with timed/scheduled listings?0
