Vodka and diet coke/any diet soda, or gin and tonic if you like them. Basically a single spirit is between 50 and 65 calories or thereabouts and diet soda is maybe 1 calorie.
A very small glass of wine - 125ml is around 100 calories based on the alcohol content. But most wines are served in larger portions.
A pint of lager is about 180-200 calories.
Does that help? I googled everything here!0 -

I will try the suggestion of a glass of wine and then glass of water.
From the same website:A large glass of wine contains as many calories as an ice cream
We often drink wine with a meal. But did you know that a large glass of wine (250ml) with 13% ABV can add 228 calories to your dinner? That’s similar to an ice cream or two fish fingers.0
