BPA Membership on signage

I've just discovered that the private parking company I am currently battling a PCN with has claimed on their signage to be a BPA member, with the logo but on checking the website of the BPA this morning, UK CPM is definitely NOT on the list.
How much of a big deal can I make of this? I've seen its fairly common for PPCs

There are two classes of membership with two different logos; round and rectangular, I they have the rectangular one which means corporate membership only (whatever that means?).

A private parking company can be a member of both trade bodies if it wishes. It's whose Approved Operators Scheme (AOS) it uses that is the key, in the case of UK CPM that's the IPC.
The BPA also have two different logos for use on signs.
The one on the left for AOS members and the one on the right for just plain members.0 -

There are two BPA signs - one is oblong showing a corporate membership probably where they receive circulars, newsletters about parking matters etc.
The other is a roundel indicating the PPC is an accredited operator, can access the DVLA database and can issue NtKs - the dangerous one!
There's no evidence that even where the BPA roundel is shown on an IPC members signage much has ended positively. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They're displaying both those symbols/logos on their signage in the car park in question.
Thanks for replies, I'll include the point just for further evidence even if not worth much0 -

Give them a bit of grief by reporting the misuse of the roundel to the BPA. They'll then get a bit of a snotto from Hayward's Heath. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Is this a residential car park you are experiencing your problems in by any chance?0
