Repaired jewellery and guarantee - what are my rights please?

Hi!
This is my first thread so hope I've done it correctly.
Basically,
I received a Radley watch from Hsamuel for my birthday (September 2014) plus paid for a 3 year guarantee.
I have had nothing but problems with the diamantes falling out, so keep getting it repaired under the guarantee. The latest time it was repaired was Feb (also collected it in Feb) and by March 2 more diamantes had fallen out!
In total we have had it repaired about 5 times, and each time leaves me without a watch for about 8-10 weeks so not a quick process at all.
Obviously the guarantee will run out this September, but I'm really not happy with the quality and having to keep going back to get it repaired. Can I request my money back or a replacement?
Thank you

Your guarantee may run out in September, but you have a statutory right to seek a remedy from H Samuel for up to six years following the sale.chelsea_paige wrote: »Hi!

Sorry, got that wrong. It is the buyer who has that statutory right. It may seem a bit pedantic, but it's best to be clear... you do not have any consumer rights against H Samuel.
Have you read MSE's Consumer Rights guide?0 -
How about having a friendly chat with the manager and ask what they can do.0
