Television wall bracket

I am looking to buy a TV wall bracket which I can pull out into the room and swivel. Any ideas where I can buy something like this.
It needs to pull out from the wall quite a bit.
Perhaps I may need to have one special made.
Where do I start looking?
Many Thanks.

If it's for a small telly, IKEA do a nice one. Adjusts up/down and almost swivels through 180 degrees.0

Argos used to do them as well... also for a small TV if I remember right....0

We went into Currys the other day and they had them there too....0
