• By entering the competition you agree to receive e-newsletters from Stay In Ltd and The Horn of Plenty. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• If you are selected as the winner, you agree to allow Stay In Ltd and/or The Horn of Plenty the free use of your name and general location for publicity and newsletter purposes during this and future competitions.
• The prize is for a one night stay for two people at The Horn of Plenty in a deluxe room including dinner and breakfast.
• The one night stay prize excludes Saturday nights and bank holidays.
• The prize must be booked by 6th December 2017 and taken by the 22nd December 2017 subject to availability.
• Only one prize winner.
• Closing date for entries is midnight on the 18th June 2017.
• One winner will be selected at random from all entries received prior to the close of the competition and the prize winner will be notified within 7 days of the competition closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Stay In Ltd reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the entries which are received before the closing date.
• The Horn of Plenty is responsible for the prize and Stay In Ltd shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury or consequential losses associated with the provision of the prize.
• The prize is valid for the named winner only and may not be transferred to an alternative person or exchanged for another item from The Horn of Plenty.
• The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over.
• One entry per household. No employees, their families or agencies of Stay In Ltd or The Horn of Plenty are eligible to enter the prize draw.
• Stay In Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time without notice.
