same for me - entered 10 minutes ago for the 3pm but it won't let me enter for 4pm.

Just off to work so can't enter again today now.

I'm assuming they've only recently changed the rules on this comp unless it's just a glitch? I've been entering several times most hours and this is the only time I've been hit with the above message stating I can only enter once...

Must have been a glitch. I couldn't enter at all for about 1 hour 30 mins.
It is back to accepting multiple entries per hour again now.
