In the terms it says this:

"Entrants can enter as many hourly draws as they choose, as many times as they choose during the Competition Period, provided that each Entrant shall only be eligible to win one prize during the Competition Period."

If it was one entry per hour then simply "Entrants can enter as many hourly draws as they choose, during the Competition Period, provided that each Entrant shall only be eligible to win one prize during the Competition Period." would only be needed, so this suggests you can actually enter as many times as you like per hour, not just once per hour. The form does let you enter more than once per hour, it doesn't stop you (as diddlydoop has noted in post #4, radio comps tend to tell you, with a message if you have already entered and cannot again).

I asked someone who has won and they confirmed they entered about every 10 minutes.
