Cancelling Purplebricks

Hi all, I don't know where we stand here but, the other day we instructed purple bricks to sell our house. However, we are having second thoughts and thinking we may want to cancel. The agent has not yet done any work in terms of creating the ad or taken any photos. I wanted to know if we have the right to cancel under the cooling off period of 14 days?? Please could anyone offer any advice?

This is the only part that concerns us, it's the only information on their website related to cancellations and although we have instructed them, which in essence means we have ordered services, none have actually been delivered yet.
"Once you have ordered Products and Services you will be liable to pay Purplebricks the total value whether you choose to Pay Now or Pay Later. Where you choose to Pay Later you will not pay for the Products and Services until payment is due in accordance with the Pay Later Terms."0 -
Apparently, if you read the terms and condition you have to pay them no matter what, even if your in the 14 days cooling off period and the guy has done no works.
This i believe only applies to you before you put the advert live.0
