New carpet fitted & paid for - Found a fault - company ignoring calls

Hi

New carpet fitted & paid for - saw the first two rooms being installed and all was well - Had to pop out & unfortunately assumed the third room would be ok - It has a bald batch - A line where no fabric was weaved.

The company have had a representative of the carpet manufacturer visit and take photos - this was a month ago & I have left a few messages to be contacted regarding what happens next.

Absolutely no contact from them - The room isn't being used because of this fault which is awkward but necessary, but I need to know what my next steps should be as plenty of messages have been left on an answerphone.

What should my next steps be?

Your next step should be to visit the shop and confront the seller face to face.

Yes go down and explain the issue.

You don't know why they are ignoring your calls, I mean they could be busy to phone you back, not saying its right but its possible, give them a chance to correct it.
