Laura Hannah No, that's not ridiculous Ian, and I appreciate what you may be trying to do. However, every company has a pretty large legal team who usually know what they're doing. It just seemed like a bit of a waffle about something that doesn't really seem that important. Park for two hours or park elsewhere. It's two hours, not two minutes. And already agreed that parking isn't the best in Strathaven but that's life.

Large legal team or not, they were guilty of a criminal offence - and fined!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Question ... the BMPA website lists the number of tickets issued and the number of court hearings by PPC. Is there any data on the number of court claims filed?
Is there a source like this (BMPA) that is specific for Scotland?0
