2 Questions about parking tickets

Hi All

I have had the bad luck to get two parking fines in a week. I have read the stickies and have a couple questions on top of that

The first one was a parking eye at Manchester airport Marriot which I have filed a an appeal with private parking appeals .com .
I have had to pay £19 but thought it would be easier and less hassle than doing it myself or paying full price .Has anyone heard of them ?

The second one is the interesting one.
I am medical rep and was at a hospital in Hull for which I overstayed as I was stuck supporting a customer in theatres. Returning I found a ticket. I appealed to the company and got rejected.
I asked private parking appeals and they suggested to appeal once and then ignore them.
The company is called bank park and is part of the british parking association.

What would be the best course of action for this case?

Thank you

Andreas

will get back later, but in my opinion paid for appeals services are a complete waste of money.
in any case have you complained to the landowner yet?a simile well written complaint will in some/most cases resolve things, saving you time and money
put your complaint up on here so that it can be looked at first.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • Thanks for the reply.
I have had success with a similar company previously (although i couldnt find them online now) hence why I decided to appeal with a company.
As far as complaints I have complained via phone to the hotel but there is nowhere where I can complain to..
