Issues with HL Bed and ISA?

Hi,
I ordered online a "bed and ISA" for my share account on HL.
This was done on the 11th but nothing seems to have happened yet.
Does it just take time or is there a glitch with HL?
Many thanks

I would give them a ring on 0117 900 9000 to check."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

The sale of units in the GIA has to be carried out. This includes waiting for settlement (as HL do not prefund). Then the purchase in the ISA is done after that.
If you only put the instruction in two days ago, then you would not expect movement yet.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I don't think its a case of pre-funding, but for unit trusts its not knowing what the proceeds of the sales are before placing the purchases.
With listed investments the settlements would match, which is fine. Typically T+3."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett
