transferring my Court Case...is this a good thing?!

after writing to the local county Court stating all the reasons why i will experience extreme hardship as a result of my case being frozen, i received a letter from the court today stating that ...
' upon reading the court file and correspondence from the claimant it is ordered that the matter be transferred to Cambridge County Court to be transferred to a circuit judge for further directions ...'
is this a positive thing or just a way for the courts to lump the cases together and refuse my claim...?
any thoughts appreciated.
