rattling aerial or facia in high wind

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. It's not to bad in the Summer but in the winter gales it keeps me up all night, it's about time I did something before winter comes along again but it is difficult to isolate the exact cause. Neighbours tell me it could be the adjoining houses aerial, but the noise started when I replaced rotting wooden fasia's with PVC fasia's so it could be the fasia panel on which the aerial is attached that is flexing in the wind.
I also get very poor digital reception, so I was thinking of getting a digital aerial.
Is there any way I can kill two birds with one stone? Do I go for an aerial or a roofing company to do the entire job?

Get an aerial specialist to move the aerial from the facias down to the wall of the house. It will have to go on top of a long pole fixed to a strong braclet bolted to the wall."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
