Housing benefit question!

Hopefully this isn't too vague.. done lots of googling but not getting anywhere!
If I'm working 16 hours and earning minimum wage.. will I have to pay rent or will housing benefit cover it all? I'm in a housing association property and want to know before I go into it blind really and then get stuck!
just me in the property that works, live with siblings and parents.
Thanks in advance for any help!

You haven't given us much detail. It is very vague.
Are you wanting to move out or are you going to stay living at home?
How old are you? Depending on that then your parents HB claim (I'm guessing it's theirs as you live with them) may have a deduction. They may or may not ask you to cover it.0 -
If your parents are liable to pay the rent, and they claim HB. ...... -
...... - They will need to notify the HB dept of the local council of your situation and earnings.
Their HB will be adjusted to include a HB non-dependant deduction as it is assumed you will make a contribution towards rent.

If your parents don't declare your earnings, the council will assume the highest earnings and deduct the maximum amount from HB.
If your parents fail to notify the council of this change of circumstances, the council will recover any overpayments from them when they become aware of it.
Does this cover your Q?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0
