Amending a deed of trust

Hi
My partner and i have a deed of trust as he had a higher percent of the deposit.
I would like to know pay him a lump some and have the amendments to the deposit changed in the deed of trust.
Is this something that we can do

If both parties agree to the change anything is possible.0

If you agree, yes.
You would simply need to do a new, updated trust deed,.
There would only be an issue of you and he can't agree on how much you transfer to him, or what the new % shares should be.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
