NPE-PCN Notice to keeper received

Hi all
I apologise if i am repeating, as i am sure this has probably been covered at least a dozen time before but i hoping someone may be able to help.
The company i work for have received a PCN notice to keeper for one of the company vehicles, for parking in a loading bay (outside of the advertised terms and conditions), and i have been tasked with appealing the fine.
The period of parking on the notice states that the vehicle was parked from 16:12 untl 13:21, so obviously that is not correct!
I have spoken to the driver who has said that they were parked for no longer than 5 minutes, while they collected something from a nearby shop.
There is a sign on one of the photographs (that the vehicle is actually parked in front of!) but the view is not close enough that i can read it myself from the photo.
I also have a problem with the photographic evidence that they provided, as the time stamp states 16:19, which doesn't relate to the timings mentioned at the top of the letter.
I don't know if these are real grounds for appeal, but would love to give it a go!
Any help would be great!

if you have been tasked with the appeal , I suggest doing some reading (in company time!) read read and digest https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
work out if the parking Co is a member of the BPA or IPC , study things like "grace periods" , and finally get in touch with the site that the delivery was made to and get them to cancel or no more deliveries from your company !

National Parking Enforcement, formally Norfolk Parking Enforcement, one man band and wife, odd employee, small fry. IPC does not do court. As you are a company has he sent a vat receipt? He has a police caution about vat. EDP and council have been after him, do a search in the EDP.0

So use the template IPC appeal in the NEWBIES thread. It is there to stop people blabbing about who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0
