Bloody very!

Im having real problems with very at the moment. I'm going to try and keep this very brief in a nutshell.

December had divan bed delivered with 4 drawers. It arrived with only half the wheels it needs to be raised off the ground and all four drawers broken. Very refunded the drawers and said they would send new wheels. I expressed the importance of the wheels as the divan bed was now directly on my brand new (very deep pile) bedroom carpet and the carpet was being ruined as it wasn't raised off it.

So we are now mid April. I have sent 3 emails and telephoned 17 times trying to get new wheels. I've asked to speak to management to be told they are in board meetings (every time), I've been hung up on, I've been on hold for 37 mins in one stint (longest), I've been told 5 times that management will call me back and nothing has ever come.

The bizarness of the situation came yesterday when I asked for a note to be left with management to be told by customer services that management do not have desks and there is no way in the entire company to leave a note or get a message to management.

I've started making my own notes and recording the calls but I don't know for what good.

But I still have a bed with no wheels and a destroyed carpet that we had laid in September.

Is there anything I can actually do here? How do I speak to someone who will actually care about how I'm being treated by this company? I'm getting to the point where I'm spending an hour a day on the phone trying to talk to someone.
