Bankruptcy really is an option, its just we live in a small village with small minded people and there is a stigma attached to it, they would all talk about us, its the type of place where everyone knows everyone elses business

umm...well try & reframe it as they would say in NLP terms...at least you would find out who your friends are! Which is worse; a few people you dont care about talking about you or years of worry? You need to do what is right or you & stuff em mate! Get all the info to make an informed decision & go for whchever option is best & hold your head high! Nothing to be ashamed of, n matter what others may whisper! :D

Thanks for that. I will need to have a chat to CCCS about this, they admitted themselves this plan is pointless
  • Why not look at trying to increase your marketability in the job market in order to find a position that pays better than £200 ? If you've no qualifications, then start a part-time course leading towards a HNC/degree ? Simply pick a subject that you're INTERESTED in, start at the bottom and start studying : big challange but big rewards....who knows, you might even enjoy it, REALLY enjoy it. Most employers paying decent wages aren't interested in people without quals, fact of life.
