P5 flooring

Hello
I'm having my bathroom redone in a month and my plumber has told me to get 4 sheets of P5 chipboard resin to replace the floorboards. He's doing pulling up the current floorboards and replacing with the P5 but I don't know where to buy it from. He said it should be approx £5 per sheet trade and I've found a couple of places online which supply for around that price but P&P is huge.
He also says it comes in sizes of about 1m x 2m but I can only find in sizes of 2.4m x 0.6m.
Does anyone know if it is ever called anything different or if anywhere sells it in the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire area. I live near J23 of M1 and have a car so can collect it.
I'm going to ask him where I can get it from locally but thought I'd ask on here as well.
I've looked in B&Q and wickes online but they don't appear to stock it.
If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks
Ayesha

  • p5 chipboard, is that not chipboard that is green in colour? (B&Q sell it) its got some chemicals to stop mold or moisture (hence the green colour)

He may have said it was green in colour, I'll check it out. Thanks
  • Try Jewsons: there are branches in Leicester, Nottingham & Loughborough.
My local Jewsons sells a brand of "flooring grade chipboard" called Caberfloor, available in 2400x600mm T&G and thicknesses of 18mm or 22mm. I would choose 22mm unless it will cause a problem with levels at the door threshold. HTH

Thanks I'll check them out too. Relieved to know my plumber wasn't talking silly and it actually exists!
