Presumably by dual fuel you mean feeding it with water from your heating system and having it electrically controlled (for summer use). In which case you will need an element. Follow your link and click on the tab "You may need" and you will see a selection of elements and a dual fuel Tee piece.
But which element do I need? I don't know how to choose.0 -
If you are going to choose the size of towel rail that you linked to, it has a heat output of 2348 btu (689 Watts) and the perceived wisdom (unless anyone would like to correct me) is to have an element half as powerful as the radiator output, therefore a 300 Watt element will do. If you buy the one with a thermostat you can ensure the element switches on and off automatically.0
