I don't really have any advice for you but I recommend ignoring all the constructive "Should have thought about that before speeding" posts that are no doubt on their way to this thread any minute now.0

If you really have no money then you can't take up the offer, and it will go to court.
The fine will almost certainly be higher (income related), plus costs and victim surcharge. However, unlike the fixed penalty, you can ask for time to pay.0 -
Is it possible for you get an advance of pay?
After all, as you're in one of the forces, it's extremely unlikely that you will do a runner without paying the money back.
Either that or see if you can find someone who's willing to pay it for you and then pay them back on pay day.0 -
You have 28 days to accept the offer but you then have extra time in which to book and take the course. Payment isn't needed until you book.
You can book online or by phone with the provider in your chosen (home?) area. If you book online then full payment is needed with the booking. If you can find time to book by phone then most (all?) of the providers will accept a deposit of about £25 to book provided the remainder is paid a week or two before the course date.
I had one for speeding in November, accepted the offer in mid December, phoned to book (with a deposit) in early Jan and paid the balance in mid Feb for a course at the start of March.0 -
Sell the car that you were speeding in and pay the fine with the proceeds. If you have no spare money at all then i doubt if you can afford to run a car anyway.0

What a crock of crap that you can't phone them. I'm ex-forces. You don't start work til 8.30am, you get a mid-morning break, you get an hour for lunch, a short break in the afternoon and finish at 4.30. There are plenty of opportunities to make a phone call even when you're working. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Are we talking a £100 FPN here?0
