Hi , im in a situation where I have chosen to ignore request for payments for 2 over timed stays by more than 10mins but less than 15mins . Both of these unfortunately happened within a week of each over. I have posted fot advice on Monday but I think it was in the wrong area! I have now got to the stage of receiving a letter from Gladstone solicitors requesting that I pay £320 to DRP on behalf of their client Smart parking (anything but!!) The letter was dated 30/3/17 & only has the one ref number on . I have been given 14 days to respond . This is almost up . Shall I pay the £350 (there could be another?!) & be done with the stress? Or is it too late & it's still worth a letter & appeal (although from what I have read , this too might be too late ! HELP PLEASE

Just put 'Smart Gladstones' into the search this forum box and calm down!
This is nothing and you would be mad to pay. This has been covered too many times for me to link - and I am bored with the subject, frankly (it really is that common!) - so you can search for the threads where people started to panic just like you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
