Hi all. I have a virgin mobile that's been cut off as I went over my credit limit.
Tried to call 789 to make a payment but all I get is a message telling me to call 789 to make a payment and it cuts me off! Tried calling 150 same happens.
Went online for help and the chat facility is busy. Tried to pay online but it asks for a reference number which I don't have. I don't have another phone to call them on either.
Any ideas please?

purchase another virgin sim from a shop and use that to call them with ?
